1. Platform Overview: ManchMix is an intermediary platform that connects artists with event organizers. We facilitate introductions and bookings but are not a direct employer of any artist listed.

2. Registration & Eligibility: Artists must provide accurate information during registration. ManchMix reserves the right to reject or remove any profile that is found to contain misleading or false information.

3. Booking Policy: All bookings must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event date. Late bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining amount is due on the day of the event. ManchMix charges a service fee of 10-15% on each booking.

5. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations made 7+ days before the event receive a 50% refund of the advance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation by Artist: Artists who cancel confirmed bookings without 7 days' notice may be penalized, including temporary or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Technical Rider: The client is responsible for arranging sound, lighting, and other technical requirements as specified by the artist's rider.

8. Liability: ManchMix acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the quality of performance, equipment failure, or force majeure events. We will attempt to provide replacements when possible.

9. Travel & Accommodation: Outstation travel, food, and accommodation for artists must be arranged and paid for by the client unless otherwise agreed.

10. Intellectual Property: All content uploaded to ManchMix (photos, videos, audio) remains the property of the respective artist. ManchMix may use this content for promotional purposes on the platform.

11. Disputes: Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone, city, and portfolio links) provided during registration. This data is used solely for platform operations and connecting you with event opportunities.

Data Usage: Your information may be shared with potential clients who express interest in booking your services. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use strong passwords.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies for analytics and improving user experience. By using ManchMix, you consent to our use of cookies.

Your Rights: You may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@manchmix.com.

Updates: We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Advance Payment: A 50% advance is required upon booking confirmation. This advance secures the artist's date and initiates our coordination process.

Full Refund: If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before the event, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be issued within 7 business days.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for any refund. The full advance is forfeited.

Artist Cancellation: If an artist cancels, ManchMix will provide a suitable replacement or issue a full refund to the client.

Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond control, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Professionalism: All artists are expected to maintain professional conduct at events. This includes arriving on time, being prepared, and treating clients and their guests with respect.

Communication: Timely responses to booking inquiries and clear communication about requirements are mandatory. Artists should respond within 48 hours.

No Discrimination: ManchMix does not tolerate discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, or any other protected characteristic. All artists and clients must treat each other equally.

Content Standards: Performances must not contain offensive, hateful, or illegal content. Artists are responsible for ensuring their act is appropriate for the agreed-upon audience.

Substance Policy: Artists must not perform under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Violations result in immediate removal from the platform.

Reporting: Any violations of this code may be reported to support@manchmix.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
